Want a fun activity to do to get your friends or loved ones together? Book a crochet party with YarnCreations!
All crochet parties include one hour of instruction, yarn, hooks, scissors, a note pad, and pen for each person in your group. A group photo will be taken and provided electronically to the host as a memoir. For the months of December, January and February crochet parties are held on Sunday evenings between 5-8PM EST.
The suggested group size for your party is a maximum of five persons. (The cost breakdown is $20 a person with five people) This ensures everyone can receive personalized help and enjoy their crochet experience.
Zoom parties are available as well. (Only option available if you live outside of the Greater Cleveland, OH Area) If you pick the Zoom option, you will need to have your own supplies for each in your party. A unique zoom code will be provided to you so it can be distributed to your guests .
Make sure to have snacks and drinks of choice as you enjoy a cozy evening learning something new with loved ones.
Absolute beginners
Part 1
Crochet basics , Before you start moving those fingers and hooks learn basics to help make crochet experience more enjoyable. Learn How to hold hook, learn tension , and how to pull the yarn and make loops.
Part 2
Take the basics you learned , and start your crochet project together!
Make a chain , learn the single crochet stitch , and complete a potholder or dish cloth!
After purchase , all the specific details you will need for your party will be provided to you by email, as well as a form to fill out that will provide any more necessary information.
